All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of the purchase date. We monitor return activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find abuse. We do not disclose our reasons and methods for determining abuse. We will advise the consumer that the refund request is being refused. All returned items must be no less than half full unless approved by a Maxximum Legal Centers member.
